In this leadership role my goals as Design Technology Director is: Collaboration with team to define and articulate initial.aec’s Autodesk vision and develop strategies for achieving that vision. Oversee Autodesk training and support operations and identify and develop new training opportunities and programs. Continual evaluation of internal procedures and methods to increase Autodesk performance, market share and to help develop sales and marketing strategies with sales team.

Leader in developing strategies, services, and marketing for BIM implementation, sustainability, CAD product and training solutions which include presales, instructor-led training, mentoring and e-learning. Instrumental in helping sales and technical team understand and implement BIM strategies to generate new sales and services. Orchestrated presales through onsite visits with clients; investigating and understanding their pain points, bottlenecks, and current workflows, as a trusted advisor offer services and solutions to make client successful. Use goal posting for yearly business plans and quarterly goals to capture additional sales and market share.

Extensive knowledge on developing videos, courseware and presentations for development of sales team, technical team, and clients. Managed technical support department and coached instructors to achieve a 95% or better student evaluation year-over-year since 1997. Manage, budget and develop reports for all services. Helped develop AutoCAST software for AutoCAD that streamlined the creation precast concrete shop and manufacturing drawings. Helped form and brand a Autodesk Reseller for CAD/BIM solutions and expertise in mentoring and implementation services.
